We accept returns for all unopened items within a period of 30 days once the customer has received the shipment. Once returned packages are received and examined in our Receiving Department, if the package is unopened and not damaged, a refund will be made to the appropriate insurance company. If a shipment is returned after the 30 day period, a refund is determined based on applicable payor requirements.
Every product sold or rented by our company carries a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. NextGen Medical Supplies will notify all Medicare beneficiaries of the warranty coverage and will honor all warranties under applicable law.
NextGen Medical Supplies will repair or replace free of charge Medicare covered equipment that is under warranty. In addition, an owner’s manual will be provided to the beneficiaries for all durable medical equipment where a manual is available.
In order for us to provide you with the highest level of service, we ask that you please:
- Notify customer service immediately if a shipment is not received when expected.
- Promptly inspect the contents of the shipment upon receipt for damage or tampering.
- Promptly unpack and store all items as recommended by the manufacturer.
